How I Decided To Become A Master Electrician Part 14

Things were looking great. The end of 2020, I finally decided to start working for another company. I was doing well, but I needed to keep working towards my master electrician license. I wanted to continue learning different things. My goal was to gain more knowledge on the financial side to trying to own a business in the future. There are always different methods to selling your products. I wanted to get better at that.I learned so many different techniques when it came to pricing jobs the correct way. I started working in other markets that I wouldn`t normally work in. That allowed me to start dealing with different people. That was the biggest adjustment. I love doing the work. I`m a very serious person whenever I`m doing something. I want to do a great job each time. I`m also very truthful. I don`t like to lie to people. There are customers that don`t like the truth, or don`t believe things when they see them. I had to learn to explain things better to help customers understand different safety issues that they had.I went through 2021 and half of 2022 gaining more knowledge on the pricing side. There were more things that I did need to learn, but the opportunity was never there for that part. Things were starting to become stale at this company. I wasn`t making half the money that I made when I went solo. I was in the process of moving to a bigger home that I never wanted to move to. I decided that it was time to move on to another company. I didn`t reach my goal of taking the master electrician exam. I needed to get in better position in 2023 to get this done.
